In some cases, international orders may incur additional shipping charges for heavy items such as books, bibles, and large or heavy items. We will contact you by e-mail with your shipping options if that's the case.
Returns/Exchanges
Complete 100% Customer Satisfaction is a paramount objective for us at Catholic Parts. If anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect with your order, please contact us promptly and we will do our best to promptly resolve your concern. We require that you contact us within 30 days from receiving your order for any claims or returns. For shipping damage, you are required to keep the original shipping container and packaging. Returned or exchanged items must be in new, re-saleable condition. Also, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on CD's, DVD's, VHS videos, or other audio / video media unless the products are defective.
Discounts
For large or bulk orders, additional discounts may be possible. This depends on the items and quantities purchased. Feel free to contact us with inquiries!
Catholic Parts imports many of its products directly from manufacturers around the world, and can offer discounts for bulk purchases, Church fundraisers, or similar situations.

Rest assured that shopping with us is totally safe. Any personal information that you provide is strictly for internal use only, to process and ship your order, or to contact you regarding your order if required. We will never share your personal information, credit card information, or e-mail address with anyone else. If you opt to sign up for our e-mail list for promotions, new products, etc, you have the option at any time to unsubscribe by simply clicking the unsubscribe link, or contacting us. This policy is in effect as of August 10, 2007. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our web site.
